Prevent Harassment: Promote RespectSM is an interactive online harassment prevention training program.
Manager Version: Managers and supervisors learn to recognize sexual and other types of protected class harassment, including race, national origin, religion, disability, age, gender, and protected activity. The interactive exercises teach them to develop the skills to respond to and prevent harassment.
Employee version: Employees learn how to avoid behavior that may be considered harassment. They also learn how to respond to a co-worker or third party who is offending them and how to report the situation to their manager or Human Resources.
Customized versions: We have programs that have been customized for use in colleges and universities and for employees and managers in Canada (including Quebec). Contact us for more information.
NEW: Sexual harassment for managers: This program can be used by employers in any location, including California. Our program is interactive and provides the skill based learning that is required by AB 1825, effective January, 2005.
Program Features:
- Easy to use, interactive exercises.
- Users may access the employer’s Policy.
- Users may save important information in a notebook and may print the information.
- Users may exit from the program and may return without having to complete modules that they have already completed. (This is a “bookmark” feature.)
- A quiz demonstrates that users have learned to apply the material.
- A company administrator may track user progress, including the program completion date and score on the quiz.
